Gist AI

Gist AI is a free Chrome extension that summarizes websites, YouTube videos, online PDFs, and PDFs stored on your device. Users click the extension icon to summarize a page or video, and upload local PDFs in the PDF tab. The page states it is powered by ChatGPT, imposes no limit on content length, lets users read more about the summary source and jump to specific moments in YouTube videos, and says it does not collect user data, sharing only article content with the AI model (chat.openai.com) to generate summaries.
