Mind Your Now

Mind Your Now organizes tasks into four zones: Critical Now (five or fewer tasks that must happen today), Opportunity Now (up to twenty tasks for the next ten days), Over the Horizon (tasks out of sight until their start date), and Parking Lot (someday ideas, reviewed weekly). A Going Home Test question, 'Would I stay late to finish this?', decides which track a task belongs to. The app supports shared household chores, grocery lists, habits and focus timers. Kaia is an optional AI planning assistant that can move tasks, signs her changes with a reason, offers Undo, and asks for approval before changing Critical Now. The app works offline on devices after opening, stores data on the device, syncs when online, and can export data as a SQLite file or encrypted backup. The four zones and Going Home Test come from Michael E. Linenberger's Master Your Now method. Purchases are available in the United States only for now, with a 30-day refund policy.
