Poised

Poised is an AI-powered communication coach for Mac and Windows (not mobile) that analyzes speech and video during meetings and presentations. It provides real-time, actionable feedback on communication dimensions such as speaking share, clarity (filler words), and confidence (hedging words), and tracks progress privately over time. It shows live speaker notes that track agenda items as they are covered, and generates an auto-generated summary and action items from each meeting without a bot joining the call. The page states that other meeting participants cannot see that Poised is in use, and that it works with 800+ communication tools including Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. The page also states that the product is shutting down on 10/8/2026.
