Selectric

Selectric is designed for fast-moving, high-performance teams that need to find up-to-date information across mail, cloud drives and messaging tools. It indexes data on the user's own computer, lets users search from inside any app on their computer using a keyboard shortcut (Command+Shift+K), and supports Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Calendar, Slack, Teams, Dropbox and Box. The page also describes automation features such as generating mail responses grounded in the user's own data. Initial indexing takes about 15 minutes for most accounts, and the page states that less than 250MB of storage is needed for 10,000 emails and documents. The page says macOS is available (macOS 14+, Apple Silicon recommended) and a Windows version is coming in 2025. It also states that enterprise deployments can discuss premium support and custom integrations.
