Tootler

Tootler is being built for UPSC aspirants who want a focused way to follow current affairs, study, and revise. The app is planned to let users read structured, source-backed current affairs with the original source open, check understanding with Daily Mastery quizzes linked to reading, and revisit topics through spaced revision. The website says Tootler is not yet launched, offers a waitlist for launch notification, and provides free UPSC Prelims PYQ practice with 1,340 questions across 10 subjects and 15 years of papers. The site states it does not use advertising, that launch pricing has not been announced, and that it is an independent study companion not affiliated with UPSC or any government body.
