Volt Intelligence / OptikAI

Volt Intelligence trains and measures human decision-making under pressure through a loop of cognitive assessment, targeted prescription, VR training and performance, and measurement with adaptation. Its flagship OptikAI platform provides VR reps built on tracking data, with features such as ABS zone rendering, a reaction time mode, real-ballpark sun shadows for pro-level stadiums, and multilingual support. Cognitive assessment is delivered through a collaboration with S2 Cognition. The website states three paying MLB organizations, a paid pilot with MLB umpire operations, and two MLB umpire crews using it this season, plus NCAA players across the country. Products are for umpires, hitters, and catchers, with baserunning and defense on the roadmap. The company also references PowerUp, a youth brand powered by Volt Intelligence, and a planned expansion to other sports and high-stakes professions over time.
