About Skep

Skep

Skep lets a master device start a live session and peers join with a join code and address. Each peer runs its own AI coding agent (the page names Claude Code, Codex, and Pi, among others) in its own repository, and work is routed between devices by an orchestrator that can split work automatically, ask for confirmation, or be turned off. Version 0.2.0 adds packaged Skills with roles, stages and checks, with a default generic skill and a featured iot-ble-feature example for coordinating a BLE feature across device, server, iOS, Android and H5 repos with a cross-stack consistency check. The page states it is installed via npm as @skepagent/skep, requires Node.js 22.12 or later, supports macOS and Linux, and is licensed Apache-2.0. The page says Skep works on the software layer in repos, that hardware and real-device testing remain with the user's team, and that each device's agent uses its own login with Skep not actively detecting or uploading provider keys or tokens.
