workstreams.ai

workstreams.ai is a task and workflow management app for teams. The page describes AI features that generate task descriptions from prompts, turn descriptions into checkable subtasks assignable to team members, and save prompt shortcuts. It also covers workflows built on Kanban boards, an in-app calendar with monthly, weekly and daily views, frozen-task visual reminders, time allocation tracking with a GetStuffDone index, recurring task automation, auto-forwarding between workflows, and ownership assignment. Tasks can be created directly inside Slack and Microsoft Teams channels, where a bot works with the team and each channel can get a Kanban board. The page states it is 100% free for up to 3 team members, and offers a workflow library and solution pages for marketing, HR, customer success, and development use cases.
