Ringmere

Ringmere is an AI receptionist for UK small businesses, particularly appointment-based service businesses such as salons, dental practices, vets, and garages. It answers phone calls day and night, books appointments against live calendar availability, takes caller details, and escalates sensitive or urgent calls to a human. On Growth and Pro plans it also answers WhatsApp and text messages. Setup involves connecting a phone number, adding services, prices, opening hours and FAQs, and approving the content before going live. A 7-day free trial is offered, with plans starting at £49 per month excluding VAT.
