ARDOR
ARDOR is a training app that rebuilds human-designed workouts around your time, equipment, ability, and readiness, so each session keeps the workout's intent.
About ARDOR
ARDOR
ARDOR is a fitness app built on workouts by intent. A coach, partner athlete, community member, or user writes a workout once with its format, movements, reps and rounds, intensity, and notes. ARDOR then rebuilds it on the day from the user's profile, including estimated maxes, one-minute capacity, pace fade, bodyweight, and available gym equipment. Users train against a personal predicted goal, log results, and ARDOR compares actual performance to its prediction as a percentage, with leaderboards ranking by that percentage. The app offers the Vellner Program, a hybrid strength and conditioning community program by 5-time CrossFit Games medalist Pat Vellner, along with a monthly athlete workout and draw, relative leaderboards, and a free tier. The website states it is available on iOS and Android and that it does not yet integrate with wearables or HealthKit.
